    Yes, I think it would be hard to do it on the drill press and keep it straight all the way down. There is not a lot of wall space to work with.

    just great and yet another reason to get the drill chuck for my lathe I supose you could drill it out on a drill press but thats a lot of wood above the drill vise to work with thanks again Carl for shareing your skill with us
